Toronto Transit Commission
Customer Service: 416-393-3030

The TTC is the third largest transit system in North America and is comprised of subway lines, streetcar routes and bus routes. The TTC also partners with the GO Transit system.

As Ryerson University is in the midst of downtown Toronto, there are many transit connections on campus. Both Dundas and College subway stations, on the Yonge-University Line, are within close proximity, with the 505-Dundas and 506-Carlton streetcar routes also running within the campus confines. In addition, the #6, #75, #97B and #141 bus routes run nearby.

More information on transit accessibility, fares, and access to the trip planner is available on the TTC website. The nearest location to purchase TTC passes/tokens is the Member Service Office on the third floor of the Student Campus Centre (SCC 311).

Bike Share Toronto is designed to provide Toronto residents and visitors with a convenient way to get around the city, and is ideal for short rides and one-way trips. With a network of 2,000 bicycles and 200 stations located throughout downtown, Bike Share Toronto makes active transportation simple, fast, and fun!

There are two types of short-term passes available: a 24-hour pass for $7 or a 72-hour pass for $15. You can purchase passes from any station kiosk using a credit card and will then receive a ride code, good for one trip, to unlock a bicycle. For subsequent trips during your 24-hour or 72-hour pass period, swipe your credit card at a kiosk to receive a new ride code at no extra cost. The first 30 minutes of each ride are included in the pass price, while longer rides are subject to extra fees.
